Director’s Biography:
Vito García Viedma, born on 22 July 1980, in Talca City, Chile, is a Chilean filmmaker. He prominently works in the horror genre of filmmaking. He made his first short Zombie Tales in 2007. Since then he has made various short films on different horror topics. He directed his debut feature The Guilty in 2017. Snuff Tapes (2018), as he describes is a film about horrors that humans exercise on each other. He believes in the fact that more than supernatural, human horrors are more scary to experience.
Synopsis: When Catalina finds VHS tapes with footage of depravity, tortures and real rapes, she begins to remember her own rape years ago, which triggers her to face all the demons from her past, in a search full of revenge, along with two victims of the same psychopath.
